What an amazing woman

Not for little eyes...but so funny!

So I was strolling through Wal*mart today and just happened to stumble upon a couple in the condom isle. Yes! I love walking by couples who are discussing what type and brand to get. They get quiet, awkward and usually, but not always, stop talking all together…

Anyways I sent Greg a quick text saying “I love watching people in the condom isle! So funny!”

This is what Greg text me back, “U should walk up to them and grab a box, turn it around and read the back of the box and say, “OH THAT’S HOW IT WORKS.” (Ya know, since I look like a knocked up teenager...)

I about died laughing but when I turned around the couple was gone…dang maybe next time :)

6 Months

My mom and Chelsey keep asking me when I’m going to put up some new belly pictures…so here they are! I'm 24 weeks along! This pregnancy seems to be going by so fast! I also, finally received my diploma in the mail the other day, so it feels more official that I’ve graduated now! We have another Doctors appointment on Thursday so I’ll be posting again about how that goes. Hopefully, we’ll have another ultrasound and this little tiny won’t be moving around that much so we can get a better picture of his cute little face!

24 Weeks/ 6 months

I’m starting to put together a list of everything we’ll need for this tiny baby. So, I’m asking for advice on all the items you just couldn’t live without and the best brands for things. From bottles to strollers, please let me know. Thanks everyone!

2. How long have you been together? We’ve been married for almost three years and together almost four.

3. How long did you date? We started dating November 2004, engaged February 2005, and married August 20, 2005

4. How old is he? He’ll be 29 in August

5. Who eats more? He does! I don’t even come close!

6. Who said I love you first? Greg did, he’s just romantic like that!

7. Who is taller? Greg is by almost a foot! He’s 5’9 and I’m 4’10

8. Who can sing better? Greg wins this one…he was in men’s choir and he sings all the time :)

10. Who's temper is worse? Greg’s more aggressive and I’m more passive but neither of us have a bad temper.

Ashley Tisdale

This is for all you High School Musical lovers! Kristine, Cassie, and I met Ashley Tisdale at the Gateway Mall. We were in Abercrombie and Fitch and I spotted her! I followed her around the store to make sure it really was her. Cassie was checking out behind her and so we had her cornered (As she pulled out three, one hundred dollar bills to pay) I asked her, “Are you Ashley Tisdale?” She kind of looked at me and said “Ya.” Then I asked her if we could take a picture with her and she said yes. We had to go outside because the workers at Abercrombie wouldn’t let us take a picture in the store. She’s gorgeous in “real” life, I always just thought of her as cute on the High School Musical movies. She didn’t say more than a few words but we all were really excited that we got to meet her! We kept our eyes out for Zac and Vanessa but no such luck. Here is the picture that we took with her…and the one Chelsey photo shopped Cassie in because she was checking out while we took the picture.

Yes Please!

Oh Yes! Greg surprised me today by telling me I should get a new pair of shoes! I knew I wanted the Jessica Simpson “Henri” shoe right from the start. I looked at ten different internet sites and found them in my size! (They’re being discontinued.) I can’t wait for them to get here!

Justin Timberlake on steroids?

As you all know Greg’s been traveling this summer working for APX. Greg loves to work out, so when he’s traveling he spends his mornings at the nearest gym. In the past, some people have thought that he resembles Justin Timberlake (I never really saw it myself.) Anyways, Greg was at a gym playing basketball with some guys he’s never met and they called him JT! HA! They said he looked like Justin Timberlake on steroids! Let me know what you think!

Finally Done!

Well I finished The Host, and I loved it! Stephenie Meyer is such a great writer. When you read her books it’s like you’re in the scene with the characters, she paints a clear picture for you and draws you in! I really hope she writes more sequels to The Host and I can’t wait to read her new book Breaking Dawn when it comes out! After re-reading the Twilight Series, I’ve made my decision that Bella should end up with Jacob! We will see on August 2nd! HOT DOG! :) I can’t wait!

The Host

It’s been a bitter sweet day for me. Greg left for another month doing APX stuff, so once again I’m lonely. I pre-ordered Stephenie Meyers new book The Host and it came in the mail today! It should keep me busy for a few days and I still have a few more stories in my Jane Austin book to keep me distracted. I’m excited to start The Host since I don’t have school today! I’ll let you know how I like it.

Clean Closets

This is my last semester in school and I only have eight credits. Not only do I only have eight credits, I only have classes on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. So this last Tuesday I cleaned and organized mine and Greg’s closets. I was going to take a picture of them before I cleaned them but I thought that might be a little too embarrassing!

1. I love getting ready in the morning. It makes me feel great for the rest of the day knowing that I look my best. I must get it from my sweet mother. I never wear my hair in a ponytail and I wouldn’t be caught dead in tennis shoes or skater shoes. (Unless I’m going to or from the gym.)

2. I enjoy taking pictures. I love scrapbooking, so pictures are a must! Greg is so nice to put up with me always asking him to smile!

3. My apartment has to be perfectly clean before I can do anything. I hate being messy and I can’t concentrate in a crazy house! Greg is a great help in this department with cleaning. He’s the hardest worker I’ve ever seen.

4. I have to be warm and I hate being cold. I travel in a car and on a plane with a little pink blanket! When I sleep, I have a million blankets and a heating pad to keep me warm. Our bed is much colder when Greg’s not here! :(

5. Recently, I have to check Twilight Lexicon and Stephenie Myer’s website everyday! I know Cassie Lee does it too, so I don’t feel so silly about doing it. I want to know everything that is going on with the Twilight movie and the books.

6. I like trying new recipes. I’m not a big fan of eating the same things over and over again. I like to spice life up a bit by trying something different. It helps that Greg will eat anything too!

Off Roading or Digging…

Greg and I had an adventure last night. We took his “Rig” as he calls it off roading with some of the APX gang. Needless to say Greg is a crazy driver, it was pretty fun! It was the first time a had ever been in Greg’s bronco and for a few months now I thought it was a waste of money, but now I see the purpose of it! (Even though at the end of our excursion the transmission fluid was leaking, the power steering went out, and it over heated!) Greg’s working on fixing those things right now! :) He’s so excited to take it out again! I hope you enjoy the pictures of this colorful Rig!

Dancing with the Stars

Dancing with the stars is one of our favorite shows, we watch it faithfully on both Monday and Tuesday nights. The stars are so good this season, its incredible! I wish I could get Greg to take ballroom lessons with me! Anyway here are mine and Gregs predictions of who’s going to be in the top three. A little early I know but it’s still fun! :)
